Ingredients
¼ cup Bored Cow Chocolate
Egg replacer
1 box vegan brownie mix
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp peppermint extract
2 cups vegan marshmallows
Instructions
Preheatoven to 450 degrees.
Combine brownie mix, egg replacer, and Bored Cow Chocolate until silky.
Addin peppermint extract, and mix.
Add mixture into a baking pan, and bake for 20 minutes.
Carefully remove brownies from oven, and add marshmallows on top.
Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out of the center without brownie mix. Let cool, and enjoy!
