Ingredients

¼ cup Bored Cow Chocolate

Egg replacer

1 box vegan brownie mix

½ cup vegetable oil

1 tbsp peppermint extract

2 cups vegan marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Combine brownie mix, egg replacer, and Bored Cow Chocolate until silky.

  3. Add in peppermint extract, and mix.

  4. Add mixture into a baking pan, and bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Carefully remove brownies from oven, and add marshmallows on top.

  6. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out of the center without brownie mix. Let cool, and enjoy!
