¾ cup Bored Cow Original

1 cup Dilettoso Vava-Vanilla Pancake & Waffle Mix

1 ripe banana, smashed

Vegan dulce de leche for drizzling

Sliced bananas, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Bored Cow Original Milk and 1 smashed ripe banana until well combined.

  2. Add 1 cup of Vava Vanilla Dilettoso Mix to the bowl. Stir gently until you achieve a smooth batter. If the batter is too thick, adjust by adding a little more Bored Cow Original Milk until desired consistency is reached.

  3. Spray pre-heated skillet with cooking oil of choice.

  4. Pour batter onto skillet, using about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.

  5. Cook on medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. When enough bubbles have formed on the surface, flip the pancake and let it cook for 2 more minutes on the other side, or until golden brown.

  6. Top your Banana Smash Pancakes with vegan dulce de leche and sliced bananas for garnish.

  7. Optional: Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for an extra flavor boost.
