Instructions

Add flour, cinnamon, salt and yogurt to a mixer.

Once combined, add water and form into a ball.

Kneed the ball on a floured surface until it’s smooth, then place between two sheets of floured parchment paper and roll until it’s about ½ an inch of thickness.

Gently brush with aquafaba or coconut oil and top with your cinnamon sugar.

Place the sugar side down on a nonstick cookie sheet and repeat step from above.

Next, cut into iconic squares and bake for 30 minutes - flipping halfway through and allowing to cool to fully harden.

Add to a bowl with a generous serving of Bored Cow Original and enjoy!
