Ingredients

1 cup Bored Cow Vanilla

¼ cup cornstarch

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp of natural red food coloring

½ tsp of vanilla extract

¾ cup of vegan friendly strawberry cereal

Vegan whipped cream

1 tbsp of sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine the cornstarch with monk fruit and cacao powder in a small bowl.

  2. Microwave the Bored Cow Vanilla for 90 seconds - check on it every 15-30 seconds to make sure it's not bubbling over!

  3. Mix vanilla extract and food coloring into the warmed Bored Cow.

  4. Pour warmed Bored Cow mixture into the cornstarch mixture bowl and stir until no lumps remain. (Hint: use a milk frother if you need some help!)

  5. Microwave mixture for 90 seconds.

  6. Add crushed cereal to the bottom of a jar, top with red velvet cheesecake mix and let it cool down.

  7. Top with whipped cream & chocolate chips and enjoy!
