Melt vegan butter and flour on low, stirring to form a roux (table sauce).

Add in the rest of the ingredients, except the shredded vegan cheeses.

Continue stirring over medium-low heat until everything is well combined.

Add both shredded cheeses to the pot over medium-low heat, and stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes.

Once the cheese is melted and the sauce is thick, remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
