Ingredients

2 tbsp Bored Cow Original

½ block (6 oz) silken tofu

1-2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp of vegan-friendly chili crisp (try to get mainly crisp and not the oil)

salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Add salt to taste, depending on how salty your chili crisp is.

  3. Enjoy or store in the fridge for up to one week.
