Ingredients

¼ cup Bored Cow Original

¾ cup vegetable broth

1 cup pumpkin puree

¼ tsp thyme

¼ tsp oregano

¼ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp chili powder

¼ tsp salt

⅛ tsp cayenne

⅛ tsp ground ginger

pasta of choice

chili flakes and nutritional yeast for topping

Instructions

  1. Add vegetable broth, pumpkin puree, and all spices to a pan.

  2. Whisk together and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat, and mix Bored Cow Original in to form a sauce.

  4. Serve sauce over pasta of choice, topping with chili flakes and nutritional yeast as desired!
