Ingredients

¼ cup Bored Cow Original

½ lb green beans

½ cup gluten-free Panko bread crumbs

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp thyme

¼ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Trim the end off of green beans and cut to desired length.

  2. Coat green beans in Bored Cow Original. Set aside in a bowl and prepare the dry mixture.

  3. Mix the remaining dry ingredients, adding pepper to taste.

  4. Take green beans from wet bowl and transfer them to the crumb mixture, coating as much as possible.

  5. Transfer green beans to an oiled bake safe dish. Pour any remaining crumb mixture that didn't stick on top for extra crispiness.

  6. Bake in the air fryer (or oven) at 400 degrees for 8-12 minutes, or until crispy.
