Mix Bored Cow Original with apple cider vinegar and set aside.

Tear tofu into chunks and drizzle oil overtop.

Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.

Coat tofu pieces in the dry mix, then remove the tofu.

Add Bored Cow Original and apple cider vinegar mix to the dry mix. Coat pieces of tofu again with the mixture.

Toss tofu pieces in gluten-free Panko crumbs.

Brush with oil and bake in an air fryer at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
