Okay, hear us out. These are genuinely the best tofu nuggets we’ve ever had, and we’ve made a lot of them. Made with Bored Cow Original animal-free dairy milk, gluten free flour, and gluten-free breadcrumbs, this allergen-friendly and cruelty-free recipe is perfect for a quick and easy meal, or as a snack for the kids (or yourself — we don’t judge here). Ingredients

½ cup Bored Cow Original

½ block tofu

½ tsp apple cider vinegar

½ tsp oil

¾ cup of flour (gluten-free optional)

1 tsp of garlic powder

1 tsp of onion powder

½ tsp of paprika

¼ tsp of salt

½ cup of gluten-free Panko crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix Bored Cow Original with apple cider vinegar and set aside.

  2. Tear tofu into chunks and drizzle oil overtop.

  3. Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.

  4. Coat tofu pieces in the dry mix, then remove the tofu.

  5. Add Bored Cow Original and apple cider vinegar mix to the dry mix. Coat pieces of tofu again with the mixture.

  6. Toss tofu pieces in gluten-free Panko crumbs.

  7. Brush with oil and bake in an air fryer at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
