Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and prep a small baking dish with cooking oil.
-
Using a mandolin, or a sharp knife, thinly slice your peeled potatoes into round slices.
-
Add 1/3 of the sliced potatoes to your baking dish.
-
Next, add sliced onion on top, pinch of salt and pepper, 1 tbsp of flour, and 1 tbsp of diced cold butter.
-
Repeat this layering process two more times, making sure your peeled potatoes are the top layer.
-
Pour Bored Cow until 2/3 of the dish is covered.
-
Bake until the Bored Cow starts to bubble, about 15 minutes, and then turn down the oven temperature to 375 degrees.
-
Bake an additional 30-35 minutes until golden brown and creamy.
-
Remove from oven, sprinkle on cheese, broiling on high for about 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
-
Garnish with freshly chopped dill and serve!
-
Enjoy!
