Bored Cow | Vegan Friendly Animal-Free Dairy Milk

Bored Cow contains real milk protein made by microflora instead of cows. The secret is fermentation, one of nature’s most magical processes. Once we’ve got our non-animal whey*, we add plant-based ingredients that replicate the rich, creamy flavor of dairy. Then we sprinkle in vitamins and minerals that help make milk “milk.” Think: Calcium and Vitamin D. The result looks, feels, and tastes just like the real thing... because it is!

Bored Cow is made for kids, and kids-at-heart. We grew up drinking flavored milk, but we've grown up a lot since then! We don't want to buy products that are full of lactose and excess sugar. And we don't want to support brands that exploit animals and the environment. So, we set out to create an animal free, lactose free dairy "milk" with 0g of total sugars per serving, so we could bring our childhood favorites back into our lives.

We want the next generation to grow up enjoying the same foods and drinks we did, minus the factory farming, and the out-of-control greenhouse gas emissions. That doesn't mean giving up the products we love, but it does mean finding better ways to make them. By partnering with nature to remove cows from the dairy-making process, we can begin to build a kinder, cleaner, greener food system for all.
