½ cup finely diced & peeled apple

1 scoop vegan protein powder (preferably apple, cinnamon, or caramel flavored)

Dash of cinnamon

Dash of nutmeg

¼ cup date syrup

Garnish:

Handful of diced apples

Dash of cinnamon

Drizzle of date syrup
