Ingredients

½ cup Bored Cow Original

½ cup espresso

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp vegan chocolate sauce

Handful vegan chocolate chips

Coconut/vegan whipped cream

Ice

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup ice, the Bored Cow, the espresso, the vanilla extract, and the vegan chocolate chips to the blender.

  2. Blend on high until all ingredients are mixed.

  3. Line a cup with a drizzle of vegan chocolate sauce.

  4. Pour blended coffee into the cup, and top with coconut whipped cream and a crumbled cookie!
