Just use this quick recipe for this lavender simple syrup and combine it with Bored Cow Vanilla and your coffee of choice. Ingredients

Simple Syrup:

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup water

1 tbsp lavender buds

Tip: This makes about 1/4 cup, so save it in the fridge for future recipes!

Latte:

6-8 oz Bored Cow Vanilla

1 espresso shot or 1/4 cup of cooled coffee

1 tbsp simple syrup

Instructions

Simple syrup

  1. Add lavender buds and equal parts brown sugar + water to a saucepan.

  2. Bring to a low boil, then simmer on low for about 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.

  3. Set aside to cool for about 30 minutes.

  4. Strain out the lavender buds from the simple syrup.

 

Latte:

  1. Prep a large glass with ice

  2. Combine coffee of choice with lavender simple syrup and top with Bored Cow Vanilla.

  3. Garnish as desired and enjoy!
