Prep ahead by pouring ~1 cup of Bored Cow Vanilla into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.

To make the sauce, add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed.

Add more Bored Cow Original as needed, one tablespoon at a time, to help bring sauce together.

Once sauce is ready, set aside.

In a blender, combine frozen Bored Cow ice cubes (~1 ½ cups) with ⅓ cup of liquid Bored Cow Vanilla.

Blend until desired consistency is reached, adding more frozen or liquid Bored Cow as needed.

Add date caramel sauce, and enjoy!
