Ingredients

½ cup Bored Cow Vanilla

½ cup old-fashioned or rolled oats

½ cup water

1 apple (diced)

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp cinnamon

Dash of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, water, and Bored Cow.

  2. Add to a pot, continuously stirring on medium heat for about 5 minutes, until thick.

  3. While the oatmeal is cooking, add coconut oil, diced apple, honey and cinnamon to a pan.

  4. Mix the apples on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until the apples become crispy with a sweet coating.

  5. Remove your oatmeal, and top with cooked apples and sprinkle sea salt on top.

  6. Enjoy!
