Ingredients

½ cup Bored Cow Pumpkin Spice

1 frozen banana (ripe, peeled, and broken into chunks)

1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder

¼ cup pumpkin puree

1 tbsp almond butter

1 handful of ice cubes (optional)

1 handful of granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Spread coconut cream around the inside of a glass and dust with cinnamon.

  3. Pour in smoothie and top with more coconut cream, cinnamon, and granola. Enjoy!
