This blue cloud smoothie from @jennaliveswell combines two vegan powerhouses: Bored Cow milk alternative, and spirulina powder! These combine to make the perfect base for a smoothie - add your favorite fruits and a scoop of protein powder and you have a summery breakfast that will transport you somewhere tropical!

Ingredients

½ cup Bored Cow Original Milk

1 cup frozen mango or pineapple

1 frozen banana

1 tsp blue spirulina powder

1 scoop vanilla protein

Handful of ice cubes

Spoon of yogurt of choice for the "clouds"

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth (adding more Bored Cow as needed)

  2. Meanwhile, with the back of a spoon, create the yogurt "clouds" by dabbing/swiping the yogurt against the inside of the glass

  3. Pour the smoothie into the glass, top with another yogurt "cloud" and enjoy!
