Ingredients

Base

½ cup Bored Cow Original

⅓ cup oat flour

2 tbsp vanilla protein powder

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp baking powder

dash of salt

2 tbsp applesauce

1 tbsp pure maple syrup

½ tsp vanilla

Filling

1 tbsp cookie butter or nut butter

Cinnamon Swirl

1 tbsp almond butter

½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix all ingredients together until fully combined.

  3. Grease a small baking dish and pour in about 3/4 of the batter.

  4. Add cookie butter or nut butter to the center.

  5. Add the remaining batter on top.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix together almond butter and cinnamon to make your cinnamon swirl.

  7. Add cinnamon swirl mixture to a small plastic bag and cut a small hole in the corner. 

  8. Design a swirl on top of the baked oats batter.

  9. Bake for about 20 minutes.

  10. Let cool, and enjoy!
