This twist on your childhood favorite PB&J sandwich will have your tastebuds reminiscing on the good ol' days thanks to our friend @Cookingwithcar. ¾ cup of Bored Cow Strawberry

½ cup of oats

1 cup of vegan protein powder

2 strawberries

1 tbsp of peanut butter 

1 tbsp vegan yogurt 

1 tbsp of chia seeds 

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until creamy.

  2. Pour into a jar, cup, or bowl.

  3. Refrigerate for two hours, or overnight, and enjoy!

  4. Optional: Top with more peanut butter, strawberry chia jam, or a vegan magic chocolate shell!
