This twist on your childhood favorite PB&J sandwich will have your tastebuds reminiscing on the good ol' days thanks to our friend @Cookingwithcar. This vegan-friendly breakfast is not only delicious but it's also packed with protein and nutrients that will keep you full for hours! Trust us, this will be your new favorite way to PB&J.

IN THIS RECIPE

Smooth Strawberry

¾ cup of Bored Cow Strawberry

½ cup of oats

1 cup of vegan protein powder

2 strawberries

1 tbsp of peanut butter 

1 tbsp vegan yogurt 

1 tbsp of chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until creamy.

  2. Pour into a jar, cup, or bowl.

  3. Refrigerate for two hours, or overnight, and enjoy!

  4. Optional: Top with more peanut butter, strawberry chia jam, or a vegan magic chocolate shell!
