In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl, saving the almond flour to stir in last.

Stir until well combined.

Scoop dough into little bite-sized balls, pressing a few chocolate chips on the outside of each.

Pop in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to firm up until it's time to enjoy.

Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
