Ingredients

Pancake Base

1 cup + 2 tbsp Bored Cow Original

1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour

2 tbsp Sugar

1 ½ tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Baking Soda

¼ tsp Salt

1 Banana 

2 tbsp Oil (Avocado)

1 tsp Cinnamon 

Optional Flavor Add-Ins

Dark Chocolate Chips

Apples & Cinnamon

Optional Topping

Cinnamon + Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. 

  3. In a separate bowl, mash banana until smooth. Whisk in oil and Bored Cow.

  4. Pour wet ingredients into bowl with dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  5. Fill skull tins halfway with batter. If using add-ins, gently place them in middle of batter, then cover with more batter until tin is 2/3 full. If not using add ins, fill skull tins 2/3 full.

  6. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  7.  Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least 3 minutes. 

  8. Remove from tin and enjoy alone or with syrup!

  9. For cinnamon sugar coating, brush melted vegan butter over skull, then toss skull in cinnamon sugar mix.
