Ingredients

3 tbsp Bored Cow Original

6 tablespoons cookie butter

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup light brown sugar

¼ cup oil

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup 2 tbsp flour

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

½ cup chocolate chips

sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Scoop out cookie butter into 6 table-spoon sized pieces.

  3. Set aside to chill in the fridge while you prep the dough.

  4. With a whisk, mix together all wet ingredients. 

  5. Add in dry ingredients until incorporated.

  6. Fold in chocolate chips.

  7. Chill dough for 15-30 minutes.

  8. Scoop chilled dough into 6 large scoops.

  9. Flatten each scoop of dough slightly, putting the chilled cookie butter piece in the center of each scoop, then fold dough over cookie butter pieces until covered.

  10. Flatten each dough ball slightly for even cooking.

  11. Bake cookies on a greased sheet for 20-25 minutes. 

  12. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top of each cookie.
