Combine all dry ingredients, then added wet ingredients and stir.

Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat until boiling.

Once boiling, remove from heat, and add to heat-proof serving cups
Add in the dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter. -
Let pudding set for 2 + hours in refrigerator.

Once set and ready to serve, add vegan coconut whipped cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick!
