Ingredients

¼ cup of Bored Cow Chocolate

½ cup of oats

¼ cup applesauce

2 tbsps of cocoa powder

Dollop of maple syrup

1 tsp baking powder

¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a blender, and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour batter into a greased ramekin dish.

  4. Add chocolate chips on top.

  5. Bake for 25 mins and let cool before serving.

  6. Enjoy once cooled!
