Ingredients

M*lk layer

1 tbsp Bored Cow Original

4 tbsp vegan butter (softened)

1 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt

2 cups powdered sugar

Cereal layer

1 tbsp Bored Cow Original

6 cups, or entire box of Off Limits Fluf n Puf

4 tbsp vegan butter

8 cups vegan-friendly marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Using a mixer, combine all ingredients for m*lk layer until texture resembles a smooth icing. Set aside.

  2. Melt butter and marshmallows on stove (or microwave), stirring occasionally.

  3. Remove marshmallow mixture from heat.

  4. Add 1 tbsp Bored Cow Original and Fluf n Puf cereal to marshmallow mixture, making sure cereal is completely coated. Let cool.

  5. In a greased square pan, press in half of cereal mixture. Add m*lk icing layer in the center, then finish by pressing in the remaining half of cereal mixture on top.

  6. Cut into 12 squares and enjoy!
