These scrumptious vegan friendly crescent rolls are guaranteed to become a Saturday (or Sunday) morning staple in your household! Made with store-bought crescent rolls (fun fact: they’re usually vegan), and cinnamon sugar, this sweet treat couldn’t be easier to make. Bored Cow Strawberry animal-free dairy milk and powdered sugar are the icing on top (literally) making this a perfect, vegan friendly, plant-based snack for kids, and kids-at-heart. Ingredients

Glaze

½ cup Bored Cow Strawberry

½ cup powdered sugar

Rolls

1 package Crescent Rolls

4 tbsp vegan butter

¼ cup strawberry jam

2 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

Rolls

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. On a lined baking sheet, roll out your crescent rolls, brush on vegan butter, strawberry jam, and sprinkle on cinnamon sugar.

  3. Roll the crescents up, brush on vegan butter, and top with cinnamon sugar.

  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Glaze

  1. In a bowl, combine Bored Cow Strawberry animal-free dairy milk and powdered sugar, mix until silky.

  2. Drizzle your glaze over cooked crescent rolls and enjoy!
