Ingredients

¾ cup Bored Cow Original

½ cup Bored Cow Strawberry

1 ¼ cup flour

1 cup cornmeal

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp baking powder

⅓ cup oil

Jam of choice

Instructions

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl.

  2. Add in wet ingredients with dry ingredients, stir to combine into batter.

  3. Grease a bread pan and pour in the batter.

  4. Gently fold in a few dollops of jam.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 28-32 minutes.

  6. Let cool, and serve warm!
