Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too? Our vegan friendly chocolate cake recipe is a choco lover's dream come true! Made with Bored Cow chocolate and cocoa powder, and baked with a whole lot of love (note: this is a mandatory ingredient), this cake is so moist and fudgy you'll forget it's (basically) guilt-free. Ingredients

2 tbsp Bored Cow Chocolate

¾ cup flour

½ cup sugar

3 ½ tbsp cocoa powder

¼ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

½ cup of leftover coffee

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp apple cider vinegar

¼ cup oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt together.

  2. Add Bored Cow Chocolate, leftover coffee, vanilla, apple cider vinegar and oil–mix thoroughly.

  3. Grease a pan and pour in batter.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

  5. Dust with powdered sugar (optional).
